Tessitura Ubertino , founded in 1981 by Adalgiso Ubertino, as man’s fabrics producer, in the 2000s has started a new line of fabrics for women's clothing.

Today , managed by Alberto and Paolo Ubertino , it specializes in high-fashion women's fabrics as well as more casual men's fabrics.

The fabrics are mainly tweed created with fancy yarns of various compositions, ranging from natural and noble fibers to the most innovative and colorful ones, such as sequins.

The yarns are mainly sourced locally and production is carried out in-house using shuttle, jacquard, giro inglese and hand looms.

The company is known for its dedication to continuously researching new fabric types and for its creativity in compliance with the current situation of awareness of eco-sustainability and has obtained certifications for the production of fabrics with these characteristics.

In 2021, Tessitura Ubertino joined the Ermenegildo Zegna Group, representing a piece that links craftsmanship to luxury.
