Pettinatura di Verrone is based in the textile district of Biella and since 1961 has been involved in the washing and combing of the finest animal fibers in the world destined for the most important wool and spinning mills.

Today it produces about 2 and a half million tops wool, 1 million open tops wool and 200,000 kg of cashmere and other special fibers (alpaca, mohair, llama, guanaco and vicuña).

Pettinatura di Verrone is owned by the Schneider Group, which holds the majority, in partnership with the Ermenegildo Zegna, Loro Piana and Marzotto groups.
